"The Day" is dedicated to giving you the best experience and quality hence we do our best to please our customers.

 

Refunds and exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. We do not do refunds but we do accommodate exchanges. If the items have been worn or damaged we will NOT accept an exchange of item.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To report a defect of item due to production, please notify us within 24hrs with photos highlighting the details of the defect. If the claim is accepted, we will begin to process your exchange.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

International Packages are shipped using DHL. Tracking information will be provided after package has been posted. Package should arrive in 3-10 business days.

 

How do I return an item?

 

As the customer, you are responsible  for paying the Shipping costs when returning items. items must be unworn and undamaged upon return. Kindly use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. we cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received by us.

How do I track my order?

 

For Domestic shipping (in Jamaica)

- Deliveries done  in Kingston,  St Andrew and St Catherine, will be done by local bearers so a tracking number will not be provided. The service will attract a minimal fee which will be added to your total.

-For Rural Deliveries within the island, deliveries are done by courier services and/or mail services. Payment for this service are accepted via Scotiabank or Zelle.

Domestic delivery options include:

  • Post Office- $400

  • Knutsford Express Couriers -$650 ( Pay courier fee upon collecting)

  • Local Bearer - Specified upon checkout

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

For Domestic Shipping, your number will be required at checkout, a text will be sent once the courier or bearer receives your package, and it is out for delivery.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Same to Next day Delivery  is available in Jamaica, if you are outside of Jamaica shipping takes 3-10 business days once funds are verified and available to us.

a confirmation email will be sent to customers once the order has been dispatched.
